Selecting E-mail Notification from the System Tools menu allows for the configuration of WorldLink to send out an e-mail regarding shipments at specified intervals.
Email Server - Enter the SMTP address for your mail server. Queued email will be delivered using the server configured here.
Send Mail Mode - E-mail can be configured to generate Per Package, Per Shipment or when shipments are Consolidated. The option "Disabled" can be used to prevent automatic generation of e-mails.
SendMail Start Time - Set the time of day at which e-mails can begin to be sent out.
SendMail End Time - Set the time of day at which e-mails will no longer be sent.
SendMail Interval Time - Set the interval at which the queued e-mails will be sent to the e-mail server for delivery. Every X minutes, the queue of e-mails is sent to the server thereby clearing out the queue. Packages voided after this process will not prevent the e-mail from being sent.

OK - Click on this button to accept the configuration changes made to E-mail Notification.
Cancel - Click on this button to close the E-mail Notification dialog window and discard any changes made.
