The SWOS Group dialog is presented to the user whenever they attempt to add or edit a SWOS Group, either from the Process Shipments screen or by selecting Configuration | Support Tables | SWOS Groups. Here the SWOS Group Parameters can be defined.
SWOS Group Parameters
Create as Recurrent Group - This checkbox allows you to have recurring dates that correspond with open Manifests for that specific customer.
Customer Code - This is the customer code by which you want the SWOS Group to reference when processing shipments for consolidation.
Description - A description of the SWOS Group such as the Customer Name, etc.
Org / Site Group - Assigns SWOS Group to a Org/Site Group you select in the drop down box.
Manifest Date - Select the date you want to the SWOS Group to be active during shipment processing.
Available functions are:
OK - Click on this button to accept the changes made.
Cancel - Click on this button to cancel out of the SWOS Group dialog window and discard any changes made.
