The Organization Set Up dialog window allows for the customization of the WorldLink system to handle inputs from an outside Host system.

Ship Parameters
The Ship Parameters section allows you to customize the prompts presented to the shipper when they hit the Host (F7) button on the process shipping screen.
# of Inputs - This value indicates the number of prompts to make available to the shipper. Up to five inputs can be used.
Input Label X - Enter the text you want to present to the shipper when prompting for a Host system identifier. The text entered is used to indicate what type of value is expected in the respective field. It is presented to the shipper like the words 'Input Label 1:' as shown in the image above.
Weight Tolerance
Tolerance Type - Select the type of tolerance to use:
None - Do not do any weight tolerance check
Percentage - Interpret the tolerance value as a percentage
Absolute - Interpret the tolerance value as an absolute amount
Tolerance Value - Indicates variance limit between weight from Host system and the actual weight.
For example, if the tolerance type is set to percentage and the tolerance value is set to 5, then WorldLink will verify that the weight entered is within 5% of the expected weight.
