The Endicia module in WorldLink allows you to print USPS internet postage right from WorldLink. Please contact CMS GlobalSoft at 703-455-8292 to obtain this module.
Endicia Setup
Go to Configuration - Carrier - Carrier Accounts to setup your Endicia accounts. Enter the details about the Endicia account and select the following values:
Type: USP - US Postal Service
Server Type: ENDICIA
Rating Engine Configuration
Once the account has been created, select the Rat. Eng. button on the Carrier Accounts screen with the Endicia account selected.
This will open the Endicia Rating Engine configuration screen with the following fields:
Pass Phrase - Enter your Endicia pass phrase. Select the Change Pass Phrase button. Please note: updating the Pass Phrase and selecting OK will not change the pass phrase.
Test Mode - Select to run in test mode, where the label will not have live postage.
Print Reply Postage on the Label - Select to print reply postage which means that the sender and recipient addresses will be swapped when printing. Not available for Express Mail, International Mail or when Return Receipt is requested.
Print Sender's Address on the Label - Select to print the sender's address on the label.
Stealth/Hidden Postage - Select to use "stealth" or hidden postage.
Validate Addresses - Select to validate all addresses. If this is not selected, then address validation must be done using another method.
Post Office Zip Code - Enter the zip code of the post office or collection box where items are mailed. May be different from the From postal code.
Buy Postage - Select this button to add postage to an account.
Get Status - Select this button to get the status of an account. If the account is active, additional information such as the remaining postage balance in the account will be displayed.
Customs Certify - Select if the customs information is to be certified to be correct.
Customs Signer - Enter the name of the person certifying that the customs information is correct. This name will be printed on the customs form in place of a signature if Customs Certify is turned on. This applies only to international mail.
