Packing

Available in: Enterprise edition.

The Pack button on the Process Shipment screen will be available when shipping a SWOS group or host order with packing enabled.  See Packing Configuration for more information.

 

A window will open with 3 sections.  The first section contains packages.  When the screen first opens, there will be no packages listed.  Select the Create Package button to create packages.  To delete a package, click on the corresponding Sel  button and select the Delete Package button.

 

 

The middle section is the package details section.  It shows what has been packed in the package selected in the package section.  When the window first opens, this section will be empty as well.

 

 

The last section contains the Consolidated Order Details.  It will list all package details that have been added to any of the shipments in the SWOS group.

 

 

Steps to assign items to packages

 

1.  Create package(s) by selecting the Create Package button.

2.  Select the item(s) to be added by checking the Sel box in the Consolidated Order Details for all items to be added.

3.  Enter the quantity to add to the package in the quantity field.

4.  Select the Add Item(s) button.

 

Steps to remove items from packages

 

1.  Select the package from the packages list that you would like to remove items from.

2.  Select the item(s) to be removed by checking the Sel box in the Package Details list.

3.  Enter the quantity to delete from the package in the Quantity to Delete field.

4.  Select the Delete Item(s) button.
