The special instructions allow you to define shipping and packing instructions that are used frequently that can be selected at the time of shipping. This saves you the time needed to enter lengthy instructions repeatedly.
To access the special instructions, select Configuration | Support Tables | Special Instructions. The following window will appear:
Available functions are:
• Add – Select this button to add a new special instruction entry. The user will be presented with the Special Instructions entry window.
• Edit – Click on this button, or double click on an entry from the list, to make a modification to an existing Special Instruction entry. The user will be presented with the Special Instructions entry window.
• Delete – Click on this button, with a special instruction selected, to delete it from the database. The user will be asked to confirm the removal of the entry.
