WorldLink provides a useful tool for troubleshooting shipments that were not processed. The error log allows you to view what errors have occurred during the shipping process.
The following options are available on this form:
Delete All - Click on this button to clear out the error log. This will delete all records in the error log, not just those displayed.
< Prev. 500 - The error log displays 500 errors at a time. Use this button to scroll through the messages, retrieving the previous 500.
Next 500 > - The error log displays 500 errors at a time. Use this button to scroll through the messages, retrieving the next 500.
Export - Click on this button to export the error log to Excel.
You can sort by any of the fields displayed by clicking on the column header.
Important Tip: It is good practice to clear out the error log on a regular basis. This will prevent the log from becoming too large.
