The Archived Manifests is where you find manifests that have been posted. Designed similarly to the Manifest Explorer, the Archived Manifests screen allows reprinting manifests and the ability to view the shipments contained within. The manifests shown are within the range of dates indicated in the banner.
Selecting a carrier from the drop-down list displays a list of all manifests for the date range shown in the banner. The following information is displayed:
Code - Carrier account code
Description - Carrier description. Will be followed by "***FORCED***" if the Force Post option was used to post the manifest.
Acct - Carrier account number.
Rate Sync. - Rate synchronization status.
Date - Manifest date.
Packages - Number of packages in the manifest. If the number is followed by another number in parenthesis, then there was a discrepancy with the rating engine count and the number indicates the count from the rating engine.

Trans. Status - Transmission status.
Data Source - Secondary indicates the data has been archived. Primary indicates the data is in the main tables and has not been archived.

The PLD button is only available for UPS carriers. After clicking this button, you will have the option to transmit the PLD to UPS or to download it. Select the appropriate action and click the OK button.

The Dates button brings up the Archived Manifest Date Query dialog.
The < 30 Days and > 30 Days buttons shift the dates used in displaying the manifests by 30 days in either direction.
