You can quickly reference the most recent shipped packages by referring to the Process Shipment screen section called Station Shipping History. The Station Shipping History provides a summary of the last five packages shipped. This reference allows for a quick visual of the last few shipments as well as provides a few options for those packages.
These options apply to the selected entry:
The Reprint button allows a label to be reprinted.
The View button displays the details of the package in the main portion of the Process Shipment screen. Users are required to Clear All the data displayed in order to continue manually processing packages.
The Void button cancels the package.
The information presented in the station shipping history section is cleared if the user leaves the Process Shipment screen. The shipment information presented here can also be found in the View Shipments screen or through the Manifest Explorer.
The rates displayed here are published rates. For more detailed rate information, including special service fees and other surcharges, click on the freight hyperlink in the Station History to display the Freight Details form. Discounted rates due to consolidation can only be viewed from the View Shipments screen. For LTL shipments, the shipment gets re-rated after the last package has been processed.
If a Bill of Lading is associated with a shipment, it will be displayed in the tracking number column.
