All reports are designed with a certain format. Even though the data displayed may change, there is a default presentation of that data.

From left to right, the icons allow the user to Close the Current View, Print the Report, Export the Report, Toggle Group Tree, Change the Percentage of the Display, Change the Page Displayed, and Search Text.
Close Current View - Closes the window displaying the report.
Print Report - Sends the report to a printer.
Export Report - Exports the report in a specific format. Options include Crystal Report, Crystal Report 8.0, Rich Text Format, Word Document, or Excel 5.0 Document format.
Toggle Group Tree - Toggles the display of the Preview pane.
Display Percentage - Alters the viewable percentage of a page of the report. Operates as a zoom-in or zoom-out on the page displayed.
Page Selection - Allows the user to maneuver to the first page, back one page, enter a specific page number, advance one page, advance to the last page, or stop the loading of a page.
Search Text - Allows the user to search the text for a specific word or phrase.
The Preview pane presents the user with an index from which they can quickly jump to a specific area of the report. The reports are grouped by fields dictated by the report selected; e.g. by carrier, company name, etc. These groupings are shown in the Preview pane. The section to the right of the Preview pane is the display pane and shows the actual data of the report.
Every report, except for the UPS Detailed Report, brings up the Search Criteria Dialog window. The reports listed bring up a dialog box prompting for specific shipment information. Depending on the report run, the search criteria dialog window will have some search options unavailable.
Advanced Features: If you select the Custom Reports menu option, a list of reports which have been defined in the System Tools Menu Custom Reports section appears. If you want to customize Custom Reports, please go to the Online Help for Developers.
