The Reports/Documents menu is the location where you can get printouts of the customer address book, various reports and summaries (both Custom Reports and Standard WorldLink Reports), and other printouts that might be of use in business analysis and the shipping environment. These reports are generated using Crystal Reports® (currently using version 11). You can also get printouts shipping documents, such as certificates (i.e. NAFTA, Origin), Bill of Ladings, or Commercial Invoices that were generated during the time of processing a shipment.
To view defined custom reports, The Custom Reports menu option will call up a dialog window with a list of reports defined in the System Tools Menu Custom Reports section.
