To access available shipping reports, move your mouse over the Reports/Documents menu where you can get print outs of the customer address book, various reports and summaries (both Custom Reports and default), and other print outs that might be of use in the shipping environment.
These reports are generated using Crystal Reports and are viewed in a standard presentation. The following WorldLink Reports are useful when you are reviewing your shipping activity:
Summary Reports
Detail Reports
Productivity Reports
Exception Reports
Custom Reports
When you select Custom Reports, a dialog box will be displayed from which a particular custom report can be selected. Depending on the configuration settings for that custom report, the user may be prompted to enter some data to constrain the results returned, e.g. a date range.
Advanced Features: If you select the Custom Reports menu option, a list of reports that have been defined in the System Tools Menu Custom Reports section appears. If you want to customize Custom Reports, please go to the Online Help for Developers.
