When you begin to configure WorldLink, the Configuration menu will provide all the necessary tasks to customize the WorldLink application for your environment. Access this menu option to configure Organizations, Sites, Users, Carriers, ShipVias, Customer Listings, and other configuration options.
Before configuring WorldLink, it is suggested that you map out your business layout for how WorldLink will be used and by whom. If this is the first time you have worked with WorldLink, you might even want to create fake entries in WorldLink to get a handle on how items relate to each other in the system. Make a backup of your newly installed system before making any modifications so that you have a clean installation to work from if a problem arises.
When making significant changes to the WorldLink system, we suggest that you create a backup of the WorldLink database. Should a problem arise, you will have a working configuration to fall back on.

Create your Org/Site Groups

Create your Departments
